    Inspire to Change Entertainment  (ICE) is an award-winning, independent film company, encompassing the development, production, financing and distribution of content for audiences worldwide. ICE’s “Inspire to Change” mantra has allowed the company to provide a platform that springboards the careers of aspiring artist both in front of as well as behind the camera.

     Our film teams excel in producing dramatic and comedic projects. Our “each one teach one” approach provides a safe environment to learn and grow.  We work with the most dynamic directors and talent and collaborate with some of the best emerging and established talent to create entertaining bodies of work. We pride ourselves on dynamic casting and feel good storytelling.

   Headquartered in Virginia with an outpost in Los Angeles. ICE was founded by Rosalind L. Russell in 2013.
